Guest Speaker: Catherine Gates

Catherine Gates is currently Senior Director of Content & Partnerships for Workmatters, an organization that equips Christians to close the gap between their faith and work. She is transitioning to a new role as Executive Director for Women in the Marketplace beginning January 2021. WiM helps working women grow in faith, build relationships and impact the community.

Catherine is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership. She has also written many workplace Bible studies and devotionals. She is on the board of Ladies of Grace, a women’s prison ministry, and on the executive advisory council of the Women’s Empowerment Center. Originally from Long Island, NY, Catherine lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband Thomas and has one adult son. Her mission is to equip Christian women to reach more of their God-given potential.
