About Dr. Kerry Moll
Dr. Kerry Moll is the founder of Intersection LLC, an independent consulting group focused on supporting organizations of all sizes who are striving to create a better world for future generations. Intersection is based in Northwest Arkansas and works across the country, specializing on new organization strategy and startup, case study and focus group design, and
organizational analysis. She particularly enjoys consulting with nonprofits as they work to solve some of the most challenging issues facing our communities and youth.
Kerry spent her early career as an educator in Texas and has since worked for a national consulting firm and in non-profit executive positions. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin’s Superintendency Program, Dr. Moll received her EdD in Urban Education, was named a UT Emerging Leader in 2010 and was honored on the 2015 Austin 40 Under 40 list.
After living in Austin for twenty years, Kerry, her husband Andy, and their three young daughters spent 2017 traveling through 44 states in their RV and exploring countries across Europe and South America. Kerry and her family moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2018 where she enjoys biking throughout the Ozarks, volunteering as Scoutmaster for a girls troop, and training for her first triathlon.
