CalmHER: A Mental Health & Workplace Wellness Summit is a one-day professional development experience hosted by Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas.

Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Check-in opens at 8:30 AM

Location: Center for Nonprofits- McAuley Hall – 1200 W. Walnut St. Rogers, AR

This summit was created as a smaller, more focused extension of EmpowHER. After our annual women’s conference, attendees shared that they loved the variety of topics but wanted more opportunities to go deeper into specific areas, especially stress, burnout, boundaries, emotional regulation, mindset, and healthier workplace culture.

CalmHER is designed for women and allies who want practical, interactive tools they can use in their personal and professional lives. This smaller summit will bring together up to 100 attendees for a day of meaningful workshops focused on mental health, workplace wellness, boundaries, nervous system regulation, manifestation, and psychological safety at work.

UnderstandHER: A Neurodiversity at Work Summit is a one-day professional development experience hosted by Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas.

Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Location: Center for Nonprofits- McAuley Hall – 1200 W. Walnut St. Rogers, AR 

This summit was created as a deeper-dive extension of our neurodivergence in the workforce conversations at EmpowHER:Con, which have been among the top-rated sessions for the last two years.

The goal of UnderstandHER is to create a practical, interactive, and sensory-aware space for neurodivergent professionals and the people who support them in the workplace. The audience will include a mix of employers, HR professionals, managers, service providers, neurodivergent professionals, and allies who want to better understand how different brains work, communicate, lead, and thrive.

Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas is excited to announce our 2026 Little Black Dress Gala, taking place Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Thaden School in Bentonville.

This year’s theme, “Hollywood Through the Ages,” celebrates timeless elegance while raising critical funds to support workforce development programs that empower women and families across Northwest Arkansas.

We are honored to have Ashley Hubka, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Walmart Business, serving as our Honorary Chair, with the evening emceed by Jon Williams, President and CEO of the Loyal and Royal Army.

Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring a red carpet experience, cocktail hour, silent and live auctions, inspirational stories, music, and dancing — all in support of the mission of Dress for Success.

Over the past year, Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas served nearly 7,000 individuals, providing professional attire, career coaching, and job readiness support to help people gain confidence, employment, and economic independence.

This event is our largest fundraiser of the year, and last year’s gala sold out by June. Seating is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your tickets or tables early.

Mark your calendars for an exciting year ahead! Our 2026 event lineup is packed with impact, inspiration, and community connection.

This year, we kick things off with our uplifting Success Stories Brunch, celebrating the incredible achievements of the women we serve. We’re also thrilled to bring back EmpowHER:Con for its second year—bigger, bolder, and more empowering than ever!

We’re introducing a brand-new signature event in 2026: the Drive for Success Golf Tournament. This tournament replaces our previous cycling events and offers a fresh way for supporters to get involved. While we’re taking a break from the bike rides for now, they may make a return in the future—so stay tuned.

And of course, we’ll cap off the year with our beloved Little Black Dress Gala, a night of glamour, celebration, and mission-focused fundraising.
