This summit was created as a deeper-dive extension of our neurodivergence in the workforce conversations at EmpowHER:Con, which have been among the top-rated sessions for the last two years.

The goal of UnderstandHER is to create a practical, interactive, and sensory-aware space for neurodivergent professionals and the people who support them in the workplace. The audience will include a mix of employers, HR professionals, managers, service providers, neurodivergent professionals, and allies who want to better understand how different brains work, communicate, lead, and thrive.

Each session is designed to be interactive and practical rather than a traditional sit-and-listen presentation. We will also build in movement breaks, flexible participation, and access to a sensory/reset room throughout the day.

Breakfast is not included. A light lunch and water will be provided.
