Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas is excited to announce our 2026 Little Black Dress Gala, taking place Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Thaden School in Bentonville.
This year’s theme, “Hollywood Through the Ages,” celebrates timeless elegance while raising critical funds to support workforce development programs that empower women and families across Northwest Arkansas.
We are honored to have Ashley Hubka, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Walmart Business, serving as our Honorary Chair, with the evening emceed by Jon Williams, President and CEO of the Loyal and Royal Army.
Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring a red carpet experience, cocktail hour, silent and live auctions, inspirational stories, music, and dancing — all in support of the mission of Dress for Success.
Over the past year, Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas served nearly 7,000 individuals (2025 impact report attached), providing professional attire, career coaching, and job readiness support to help people gain confidence, employment, and economic independence.
This event is our largest fundraiser of the year, and last year’s gala sold out by June. Seating is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your tickets or tables early.
