OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To cultivate mentoring relationships that are concentrated on guidance, support, and community connections that, ultimately, help mentees achieve economic independence.

Mentors share life experiences, listen intently, care greatly for others, and have a drive to make a positive impact in their community. Our mentees are often striving to cultivate new relationships, develop new skills, and seek support during a time of growth and change.

People have a need for insight that is outside of our normal life and educational experience. Our program creates a one-of-a-kind opportunity for collaboration, goal achievement, and problem solving so women can have new relationships that support increased confidence, self sufficiency, and connection to our community.
