EmpowHER:con Women’s Conference & Expo

Join us for our inaugural EmpowHER:con, a dynamic women’s conference and expo that brings together leaders, visionaries, and changemakers to inspire, educate, and empower women in Northwest Arkansas and beyond. Allies also invited to attend. This event supports Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas and our mission to uplift women by providing them with the tools and resources to thrive in work and life.

Event Highlights:

  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with other women through speed networking and Coffee Connections.
  • Inspiring Keynotes and Panels: Learn from an incredible lineup of speakers and thought leaders (more to be announced!).
  • Interactive Breakout Sessions: Choose from a variety of topics, including body positivity, generational communication, psychological safety, stress reduction, public speaking, and more.
  • Expo Hall: Explore exhibitors showcasing products and services to support women in their careers and lives.

Morning:

  • 9:15–9:30 AM: Morning Kickoff with Rachel Cox, CEO of Dress for Success NWA
  • 9:30–10:00 AM: Opening Speaker (to be announced)
  • 10:00–10:20 AM: Speed Networking and Exhibitor Hall
  • 10:25–11:15 AM:Breakout Sessions:
    • Body Positivity & How to Grow Your Confidence
    • Generational Communication Panel
    • Psychological Safety Panel

Lunch:

  • 11:40 AM: Lunch Served with Announcements
  • 12:00–12:45 PM: What Recruiters Wish You Knew Panel

Afternoon:
