Executive Presence: What Is It? How Do I Get It?
Executive Presence may be hard to define — however, people know it when they see it and when they are around it. It’s the WOW Factor – and no man or woman lands the top job, negotiates the big deal or successfully leads a team without that special combination of confidence, poise and authenticity that allows you to command any room you enter and makes people sit up and take notice.
In this presentation, Ronetta will share those fundamental components of Executive Presence that will enhance your individual comfort and confidence whether you are aspiring to or currently working at the executive level.
