His areas of practice include discrimination (Title VII, ADEA, ADA, ACRA), minimum wage and overtime (FLSA, AMWA), employee leave (FMLA), employment contracts, severance agreements, covenants not to compete, unemployment claims and investigations. He frequently speaks and writes on the emerging topic of surveillance in the workplace.
